  • Most of our items are stocked by us and ship within 24 hours, but many items that are directly shipped from a distributor, to your door step. In those cases they usually ship within 3 business days, in the case of unforeseen difficulties, a staff member will contact you with the information given during checkout.
  • Customers are provided with their own personal package tracking numbers, which will be sent to the verified e-mail address, on file, as we receive the updates.
  • Occasionally, some of the tracking numbers will be sent to your registered email address directly from UPS, Fed-Ex or USPS. Be certain your email is not filtered out into your spam and junk mail folder.
  • Inspect all packages received for damages that may have been done by the delivery service, this should be done prior to opening the package and beginning assembly.
  • Shipping is free on all items (excluding certain commercial greenhouses) for customers living in the lower 48 states, (contiguous United States of America). Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all other countries are subject to additional charges, based on the quantity ordered, shipping weight, shipment destination and quantity of boxes shipped.


Returns, Damaged Items, and Replacement Shipment Policies

  • If may show free shipping on the item you purchased but it did cost us money to ship it to you.  
  • The total refund will come out to be the purchase price of the item subtracted by what the cost was for the original shipment to you.  
  • Contact us, prior to any merchandise return, to be clear on the estimated charges, and decide if you would rather keep the product, to avoid return shipping fees, or ship it back to us. 
  • If an item is not returned in original condition and packing, a fee will be determined as soon as we receive and inspect the product. 
  • You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Do not throw away boxes or packing materials, otherwise your claim will not be honored by the shipping company. 
  • The majority of our items do have extended warranties that come standard with purchases, to find out this information check the product description page itself. 
  • The product must me in the original condition and packaging, be aware that a possible 20% restocking and refurbishing fee will apply.
  • Items that do not have any extended warranties must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
